Acupuncture Treatment

Acupuncture

At The Inn Spot Community Acupuncture & Stress Relief Lounge, all of our acupuncturists are licensed and board certified. We use hair-thin needles, making the experience of acupuncture treatment much different than an injection, in order to stimulate specific acupuncture points on your body.

Cupping Treatment

Cupping

Cupping has been used in traditional medicines for thousands of years across the globe in Asia, Europe, Middle East, and North America. Its widespread popularity is easily understood, as it improves circulation, stimulates detoxification, releases muscle tension and resets fascia to help relieve pain.

Gua Sha treatment

Gua Sha

Gua sha is an ancient massage technique used to reduce pain and muscle tension. A round-edged tool such as a jade stone or ceramic spoon is applied to the skin with massage oil. Benefits of gua sha are increased local blood circulation and breakdown of scar tissue.
